Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Advise clients on a wide variety of residential transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including complex and high-value properties)
- New build transactions
- Support for first-time buyers
- Leasehold-specific matters
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement (involvement optional based on interest/experience)
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Solid experience managing your own conveyancing files independently
- A client-focused, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-based approach and willingness to share knowledge
