A reputable regulatory organisation is seeking a family lawyer interested in transitioning into regulatory law. The role focuses on delivering high quality legal advice and support across both casework and regulatory matters, while overseeing a portfolio of complex regulatory cases.
- The successful lawyer will ensure decisions are fair, consistent, and compliant with relevant legislation, case law, and internal policies.
- Applications are open to qualified solicitors, barristers, FCILEx professionals, or foreign qualified lawyers with the ability to manage high-volume caseloads. Experience in family law is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in operational delivery, process improvement, and public facing work. Strong relationship building skills are also important.
The organisation operates on a hybrid model with at least two days per week in their London office, plus additional flexibility for team and organisational events.
