A new opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join this Legal 500-ranked Real Estate team in Gloucestershire.
The Role
- You will be advising a broad and high-profile client base on commercial property transactions.
- Assisting more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
- Your caseload will include investment acquisitions and disposals, including sale and leaseback, landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and portfolio management, and development site acquisitions, agreements, and onward disposals.
- You will also take part in business development initiatives.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with up to 4 PQE.
- Hands‐on experience in landlord and tenant work.
- Strong title review and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to work and client service.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
