An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join one of London's leading specialist Property Litigation teams. You will advise an impressive client base, including major property companies, developers, investors, corporate occupiers, and high-net-worth individuals, on a broad range of complex real estate disputes.

You will manage a varied caseload covering commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, development issues, rights of light, dilapidations, possession claims, professional negligence, insolvency, construction disputes, and Telecommunications Code matters. From the outset, you will take responsibility for high-value, strategically significant cases while benefiting from the support and mentoring of recognised specialists. The role also offers excellent advocacy opportunities, exposure to mediation, arbitration, and other forms of dispute resolution, together with active involvement in business development and client relationship management.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with between 2-5 years' PQE and strong experience in real estate litigation gained within a respected property disputes practice. You will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong drafting and advocacy skills and the confidence to advise on complex commercial property disputes. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound commercial judgement, exceptional client care skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with a sophisticated client base. You will be proactive, organised and driven, with excellent communication skills and a genuine ambition to develop your career within a market-leading litigation team.
