Responsibilities
- Senior Lawyer will play a key leadership role, guiding a team to ensure investigation and enforcement work is carried out fairly, efficiently, and consistently.
- Position includes line management responsibilities, strategic oversight of complex and high risk cases, and direct involvement in the most demanding and sensitive legal issues.
Qualifications
- Applications welcomed from qualified solicitors, barristers, FCILEx members, and internationally qualified lawyers with a proven background in overseeing teams and handling their own caseloads in a casework setting.
- Solid understanding of legal processes, effective decision making and risk evaluation skills, capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver work within tight timescales.
