The Role:

  • Reviewing, drafting and advising on a variety of agreements.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, legal risk, and best practice.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, legal, and operational risks.
  • Lead on data protection and privacy matters.
  • Provide legal advice on certain employment law matters.
  • Advising generally on charity law and regulatory matters.

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1+ years PQE in commercial or contract law.
  • Basic understanding or familiarity with Charity law and regulation.
  • Ability to use own initiative and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability.
