An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly regarded Technology Disputes team advising on complex disputes in the technology sector. Acting for an impressive client base ranging from global organisations to high-growth technology businesses, you will advise on a broad spectrum of contentious matters involving technology projects, software and IT contracts, AI, data, fintech, telecommunications, and other emerging technologies.
Your caseload will include:
- Contractual disputes
- Negligence claims
- Data misuse
- Breach of confidence
- Trade secrets
- Software-related intellectual property issues
With exposure to High Court litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and experience in commercial litigation, technology disputes or IT disputes gained within a reputable private practice. You will possess strong technical and drafting skills, excellent commercial awareness and a genuine interest in the technology and innovation sectors. Experience advising on technology contracts, software disputes, data-related litigation, or intellectual property matters would be advantageous, although candidates with a broader commercial litigation background and a keen interest in developing a technology disputes practice are encouraged to apply.
