THE ROLEAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading Construction & Engineering teams.

Recognised for its expertise across the sector, this nationally respected practice advises on some of the country's most significant construction and infrastructure projects, acting for a diverse client base that includes public and private sector employers, contractors, developers, consultants, investors and subcontractors.

You will advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, including:• Drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC, MF/1 and other standard form construction contracts.• Advising on development agreements, funding agreements, agreements for lease and wider project documentation.• Supporting clients across commercial, residential, infrastructure, logistics and engineering projects.• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.

THE CANDIDATEApplications are sought from Construction Solicitors with 3+ years' PQE gained within a recognised construction practice.

You will have solid experience advising on non-contentious construction matters, together with excellent drafting and negotiation skills and strong commercial awareness.

You will be confident managing your own caseload, delivering exceptional client service and building lasting client relationships, while demonstrating a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.

The successful candidate will also be a proactive team player with a genuine commitment to professional development and contributing to the continued success of the team.

Solicitors with experience across both contentious and non-contentious construction matters who are looking to specialise further in transactional construction work are also encouraged to apply.
