An established and fast-growing law firm known for its expertise in high-level dispute resolution is looking for a Senior Associate to join its leading Litigation & Disputes team. Working across a wide range of high-value, complex cases both UK-based and international this role is ideal for a confident litigator ready to step into a more strategic, senior-level position.
You will work alongside a talented team including two well-regarded Partners, a Legal Director, and other experienced legal professionals in a highly collaborative, collegiate environment. This is a rare opportunity to take on significant responsibility, contribute to the team's continued growth, and further build your profile in commercial disputes.
As a key member of the team, you will:
- Lead and manage a variety of complex commercial litigation matters
- Advise a prestigious client base, including blue-chip companies and international clients
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on strategy, case management, and business development
- Play a hands-on role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the team culture
- Take an active role in marketing, client relationships, and thought leadership initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years' PQE in dispute resolution or commercial litigation
