Manage your own caseload of family law matters from instruction through to conclusion. Handle a broad range of matters including divorce, financial remedy, public and private children cases, and domestic abuse matters. Advise both legally aided and privately funded clients, with legal aid experience being essential. Provide clear, practical legal advice and exceptional client care throughout the lifecycle of each matter. Draft legal documents, correspondence and court applications. Attend court hearings where appropriate to assist Counsel, with the opportunity to undertake your own advocacy. Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal aid and regulatory requirements. Suitable for qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Family Law Paralegals with a minimum of 2 years' family law experience. Strong knowledge of family law procedures and legislation is essential.
