Your caseload will include residential purchases and sales, with responsibility for reviewing searches, mortgage offers and survey reports, dealing with SDLT and Land Registry requirements, preparing contracts and transfer documents and coordinating exchange and completion. You will also benefit from the support of a full time, office based Conveyancing Assistant, allowing you to focus on managing your caseload and delivering excellent client service. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload and will be confident handling a varied workload from instruction through to completion. You will have strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing, excellent organisational and case management skills and a high level of attention to detail. The firm offers a generous holiday allowance of up to 25 days, in addition to bank holidays and three additional days over the Christmas and New Year period. Hybrid working is available.
