The Role
The successful candidate will join a growing litigation team and take responsibility for managing a varied general litigation caseload, dealing with matters from instruction through to resolution. The role will involve advising a broad client base and handling cases with minimal supervision, while maintaining a consistently high standard of client care and commercial awareness. As the litigation department continues to develop, there will be opportunities to contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the practice, support business development activity and play an active role in shaping the future of the team. The firm operates a hybrid working model, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong collaborative office culture.
The Candidate
The firm is seeking a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in general litigation, who is confident managing their own caseload and providing practical, solution-focused advice to clients. The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, highly organised and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive and professional approach to your work and a genuine interest in contributing to the continued development of a growing litigation practice. This role will particularly appeal to candidates seeking a position with long-term career progression, who are motivated by the opportunity to be involved in the evolution of a department rather than stepping into a static role.
