THE ROLE:

This highly regarded firm is looking for a senior solicitor to join its specialist Life Sciences team to provide advice to a broad range of commercial clients and academic, medical, and governmental institutions. The role will involve working closely with the head of department to advise on clinical trial arrangements, IP licensing and protection, partnering transactions, research collaborations, promotional arrangements, regulatory issues within the life sciences sector, data protection, commercial contracts, and due diligence for corporate and commercial transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained from a leading law firm or in-house environment, with a strong background in life sciences, solid technical expertise, and a commercially minded approach. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and the capability to collaborate effectively with both the team and other departments.

You will advise a diverse range of life sciences clients and other tech-based clients, working on high-quality matters alongside a team of dedicated professionals committed to fostering a supportive environment and delivering outstanding results.
