To apply or register your interest in this position, please contact Theresa Lucas on 0121 454 1004 and quote Job Ref: 5796THE ROLE:The successful candidate will need to have an understanding of relevant legislation and policies, such as the ones listed below: • Manage a full-time fee earner’s caseload. • Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research and initial case assessments. • Assist with larger claims handled by other fee earners. • These will play a key part in conducting your role at this firm, you will also need a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules, SRA policies and other relevant codes of practice.
