THE ROLE:

• An expanding legal team is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to support its continued growth and advise a varied portfolio of business clients.
• You will work with organisations across different sectors, helping them navigate commercial challenges, manage contractual risks and achieve their business objectives.
• The role offers a varied workload encompassing commercial agreements, business-to-business contracts, technology-related matters and other commercial advisory work.
• You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, assist with more complex instructions and work closely with experienced colleagues on matters requiring a strategic approach.
• Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will be encouraged to develop your client relationships, contribute to the team's profile and play an active part in the ongoing success of the practice.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with between 1-5 Years PQE
• The firm is keen to hear from candidates with a background in commercial contracts and an interest or experience in areas such as technology, intellectual property or data protection.
• You should be commercially minded, technically capable and confident in providing clear, practical advice.
• Strong drafting skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines are essential.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm for developing new client relationships and a genuine commitment to career progression will be important.
