Legal Assistant – Commercial Property, Bedfordshire, 12 + months' experience, Competitive Salary, – Excellent opportunity to join an established Commercial Property team in a varied and client focused role, offering comprehensive training and development opportunities within a supportive working environment. • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Fee Earners within the Commercial Property department, including diary management, arranging meetings and handling routine client correspondence and queries.
• Assisting with the administration of property transactions, including submitting SDLT forms to HMRC, Land Registry applications and assisting with Contract Packs, Transfer Forms and other legal documentation.
• Dealing with client monies, including requesting payments and accurately recording receipts, together with maintaining hard copy files and ensuring information can be retrieved efficiently.
• Applications are welcomed from experienced Legal Assistants or Legal Secretaries with previous experience within a legal environment. Commercial Property experience would be advantageous.
