Overview:
- Work closely with the commercial property and commercial litigation teams on a varied, stimulating caseload.
- Manage your own corporate matters, including negotiations, transactions and corporate governance.
- Collaborate across departments to cross-refer work and deliver seamless client support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the firm's corporate practice.
The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality transactional work.
- Strong technical skills and sound commercial awareness.
- Confident working collaboratively across departments and building trusted relationships.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
