Overview:
- Work closely with the commercial property and commercial litigation teams on a varied, stimulating caseload.
- Manage your own corporate matters, including negotiations, transactions and corporate governance.
- Collaborate across departments to cross-refer work and deliver seamless client support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.

- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law.
