This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer looking to move into a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) role, using their technical expertise to support an established and successful national Corporate team. You'll play a key role in developing knowledge, training and best practice across the practice, while working alongside highly experienced corporate specialists. As Corporate PSL, you'll support the continued development and success of the firm's national Corporate practice, using your experience and technical knowledge to improve the way the team delivers legal services. Supporting the Corporate team with technical and legal knowledge. Monitoring and advising on legislative and regulatory developments. Contributing to innovation, technology and the continued development of legal service delivery. Helping to strengthen the firm's reputation and profile within the corporate market. Applications are welcomed from experienced Corporate Lawyers who can demonstrate: A strong technical background in Corporate Law gained within a commercial law firm. Significant experience across corporate transactions, ideally including M&A, private equity, IPOs and/or corporate restructuring. Excellent technical and research skills with the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly. A genuine interest in knowledge management, training and professional development. A proactive and innovative approach, with an enthusiasm for technology and improving legal service delivery.
