Role Overview

• With ambitious plans for expansion and new major projects, the firm is eager to bring additional talent to its Commercial team.
• You will be advising clients from a broad spectrum of industry sectors on complex IT and data protection matters, including AI and other developing technologies, licensing agreements and data protection queries.
• You will also be responsible for supervising less experienced colleagues, taking the lead on complex matters and playing an active role in business development.
• You will have at least 6 years’ PQE in commercial contracts, specifically in IT and Data Protection.
• Technically excellent, with strong drafting and negotiation skills, you will be a relationship builder and confident leader.
