You will manage a varied caseload covering collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, landlord and tenant disputes, service charge matters, First-tier Tribunal applications, residential and commercial possession claims, forfeiture, and advisory work relating to easements, boundaries, and restrictive covenants. Working within a supportive, partner-led team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while playing an active role in the continued growth of the department. This role offers genuine autonomy, high levels of client contact and excellent long-term career prospects.
