A specialist Agricultural and Rural Land team is seeking a solicitor to join its practice, supporting both collaborative projects and independent caseload management. The role will involve handling a mix of straightforward rural property matters as well as more complex and specialist transactions.

The team advises on a wide range of rural and agricultural matters, including farm acquisitions and disposals, tenancies, and ancillary commercial arrangements such as wayleaves and easements. It also provides strategic guidance on farm business diversification, including residential development schemes, renewable energy projects, forestry and carbon initiatives, biodiversity net gain, and other agri-environmental and commercial ventures.

This position would suit a solicitor looking to develop expertise in rural property and agricultural law while working on varied and high-quality matters.
