A well-established and ambitious law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing team in Bury St Edmunds. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a broad residential conveyancing caseload while working within a supportive environment that values collaboration, client care and professional development.

You will advise clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and, where applicable, higher-value residential properties and new build developments. With a strong and consistent flow of quality work, you will have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships while delivering a first-class service from instruction through to completion.

The Candidate: The firm is keen to hear from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives with at least 4 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters. You will be confident managing your own files with minimal supervision and capable of providing practical, commercially aware advice to clients. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a proactive and positive approach to your work and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service. An interest in business development and building professional relationships will be welcomed, as will experience of high-value or new build property transactions.

The Firm: This opportunity is with a modern and fast-growing regional law firm that has earned an excellent reputation for combining technical expertise with a personal approach to client service. The firm has ambitious plans for continued growth and has invested heavily in creating a collaborative, supportive and forward-thinking working environment. Lawyers are encouraged to take ownership of their careers, contribute to the firm's ongoing success and develop long-term client relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious property lawyer looking to join a firm where their contribution will be recognised and their career can genuinely progress.
