Advising on a wide range of contentious construction disputes under JCT, NEC and other industry-standard construction contracts.• Managing adjudications, litigation and arbitration proceedings from inception through to resolution.• Collaborating with recognised experts on some of the market's most significant construction matters.• Enjoying exposure to exceptional quality work with genuine opportunities for career progression within a growing national team.
THE CANDIDATEApplications are invited from Construction Solicitors with at least 8 years' PQE gained within a well-regarded construction practice.
