An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving commercial property team based in Suffolk. You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Investment portfolio transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases
- Development projects
- Site acquisitions and option agreements
The role will also involve supporting corporate transactions with associated property elements, liaising with clients, agents and other professionals, and providing commercially focused advice throughout the transaction process.
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a solid background in commercial property law.
