Insolvency Solicitor, 4–6 Years PQE, London, £80,000+ (DOE)

This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, gaining hands‑on experience across a diverse client base and a broad range of complex matters. JOB REF: 215302645.

THE ROLE

  • Advise on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring, and recovery work.
  • Work closely with insolvency practitioners, lenders, and directors across a range of sectors, handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
  • Support business development and contribute to the growth of the insolvency practice.
  • Support more junior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Insolvency Solicitors with between 4–6 years PQE, with demonstrable experience in both contentious and non‑contentious insolvency work.
  • Capable and confident to manage a varied caseload and supervise junior team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Existing insolvency industry connections would be advantageous.
