THE ROLE
- Advise on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, restructuring, and recovery work.
- Work closely with insolvency practitioners, lenders, and directors across a range of sectors, handling both contentious and nonācontentious matters.
- Support business development and contribute to the growth of the insolvency practice.
- Support more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Insolvency Solicitors with between 4ā6 years PQE, with demonstrable experience in both contentious and nonācontentious insolvency work.
- Capable and confident to manage a varied caseload and supervise junior team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Existing insolvency industry connections would be advantageous.
