We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join a growing HR Consultancy team.
Responsibilities
- Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle in collaboration with Employment Law solicitors.
- Handle employee relations matters, workplace investigations, organisational change projects, HR documentation, training delivery and client support.
- Contribute to the continued growth of our HR Consultancy service across a broad range of sectors.
Qualifications
- Previous consultancy or professional services experience.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
- Demonstrated ability in employee lifecycle HR advisory.
