We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected regional law firm seeking a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their successful team in Herefordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigator ready to step into a busy and diverse caseload from day one. The firm is open to considering both Solicitors and Legal Executives with dispute resolution experience and offers flexibility to shape the role around a particular area of specialism where appropriate.

You will take ownership of a broad and varied caseload, which may include:

  • Commercial and contractual disputes
  • Emergency injunctions
  • Partnership and directors’ disputes
  • Property disputes
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Insolvency-related litigation
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Corporate disputes

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing matters from inception through to resolution with minimal supervision
  • Running your own caseload efficiently and confidently
  • Delivering practical, high-quality legal advice and excellent client service
  • Collaborating with a well-resourced and supportive litigation team

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • 3+ years’ PQE (experience will be considered over strict PQE level)
  • Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running
  • Comfortable managing a busy and varied caseload
  • Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
  • Demonstrates a stable career history and commitment to high-quality work

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office (following probation/notice period)
  • Flexible working arrangements available (full-time or part-time)
  • Flexibility to be based across any of the firm’s three offices

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £70,000, depending on experience
  • 33 days’ holiday (FTE), including bank holidays
