THE ROLE:

  • You will manage a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of healthcare clients, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution.

  • You will liaise with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses to gather evidence.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
