HEALTHCARE REGULATORY LAWYER, 3+ PQE, LONDON, £70,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – Join the highly respected regulatory team of a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked law firm, recognised for its expertise in professional discipline and healthcare regulatory matters.

- Join a specialist regulatory team handling a varied and complex caseload of healthcare regulatory and fitness to practise matters.
Manage cases through all stages of the regulatory process, including presenting matters at interim order applications, reviews, and contested hearings.
- Conduct applications for interim order extensions in the High Court, subject to audience rights.
- Prepare and manage hearing documentation, advise on the progression of regulatory investigations, and provide strategic regulatory advice to clients.
- Draft and approve allegations for consideration by regulatory tribunals, ensuring the highest standards of technical accuracy and client service.
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitor Advocates with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and strong experience handling contested and uncontested hearings within a regulatory fitness to practise environment.
- You will possess excellent advocacy, analytical and communication skills, together with a genuine passion for healthcare regulatory work.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a collaborative approach, exceptional client care skills, and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
