Overview
In this strategic, high-impact role you support the Corporate Team by driving knowledge management, technical excellence and legal innovation. You will develop precedents, templates and practical guidance, while assisting lawyers across levels with complex M&A and corporate matters. You’ll design and deliver training, nurture junior lawyers and contribute to business development and thought leadership. This is a chance to shape the department’s market presence while stepping away from fee-earning tasks.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, templates and practical guidance
- Provide technical legal research support on corporate matters
- Identify training needs and design/deliver training programmes (M&A and corporate best practice)
- Support trainee development, induction and ongoing learning initiatives
- Contribute to business development activities (client briefings, proposals, pitches, thought leadership)
- Produce clear, practical legal guidance and communicate effectively
Key requirements
- 6+ PQE or equivalent with professional support or corporate solicitor background
