Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of private client matters, including

o Wills and estate planning o Probate and estate administration o Lasting Powers of Attorney o Inheritance tax planning o Trusts and related matters

  • Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients.
  • Handling matters from instruction through to completion.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department.
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Experience handling private client matters independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs, and estate administration.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous but is not essential.
