A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea is looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Legal Advisor to join its busy and successful Injury Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. You'll manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced solicitors on more complex matters, delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the claims process.

The Role

As a Personal Injury Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload and ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to conclusion. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track Personal Injury claims
  • Handling Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) matters
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation using the firm's case management system
  • Ensuring files are progressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care
  • Providing support to solicitors on multi-track and complex personal injury cases
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and relevant third parties

About You

The ideal candidate will already have experience within a Personal Injury Legal Advisor, Paralegal or Fee Earner role and be confident managing a busy workload. You will possess:

  • Previous experience handling Personal Injury claims
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
