Head of Company Commercial | Stroud or Gloucester | Hybrid Working | Senior Leadership Opportunity

Are you an experienced Company Commercial solicitor looking for the opportunity to shape and lead a successful department? The Opportunity

You’ll oversee a broad and varied corporate and commercial practice, advising SMEs, owner‑managed businesses and established commercial clients on matters including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Shareholder and partnership agreements
  • Commercial contracts
  • Corporate restructures
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate governance and strategic business advice

Alongside your own high‑quality client work, you’ll lead the department, set its strategic direction, mentor and develop the team, identify new opportunities for growth and work closely with the firm’s leadership on wider business initiatives.

About You

Applications are welcomed from experienced corporate or company commercial solicitors with:

  • About 8 years' PQE or above (guideline only)
  • Strong technical expertise across corporate and commercial matters
