An experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required to join this team of specialist lawyers. Supported by a legal assistant, the appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of complex clinical negligence matters advising claimant clients. You can also expect to be supervising junior colleagues in their technical and personal development.
It is anticipated that the successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have an extensive track record in advising claimant clients on a wide range of clinical negligence cases including complex and high value matters. You will be an ambitious and focused individual, seeking a new position that can offer future progression towards partnership.
