Regulatory Paralegal – Fitness to Practise, London/ Hybrid, 12 months experience, £33,561 - £38,674. THE ROLE: The appointed paralegal will manage a diverse caseload from inception to conclusion. Responsibilities include gathering, analysing, and evaluating evidence such as witness statements and expert reports. The role involves assessing and managing risk throughout each case, prioritising high risk or high profile matters, and implementing interim measures where necessary. The paralegal will maintain accurate case records, prepare documentation and hearing bundles.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be confident in conducting investigations, gathering and analysing evidence, and making sound, evidence based decisions in line with established policies and guidance. You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal or procedural matters. Strong relationship building, teamwork, and customer service skills are essential, along with a proactive, detail oriented approach to problem solving.
