Family Solicitor, 3+ PQE, West Midlands, £45K+ (DOE) – A respected and expanding law firm based in the West Midlands are looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join its dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative setting, handling a varied caseload that includes divorce and separation, financial remedies, child arrangements and domestic abuse matters.

THE ROLE
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters from initial client instruction through to successful resolution.
- Provide expert advice across the full spectrum of family law including divorce and separation, child arrangements and parental responsibility issues, cohabitation disputes and agreements and pre‑nuptial and post‑nuptial agreements.
- Domestic abuse matters and applications for protective injunctions.
- Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings, negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to the department\’s growth and development.
THE CANDIDATE
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3+ years\’ PQE as a Family Solicitor.
- Strong background in divorce, finance and private children work.
- Excellent technical ability, communication and client care skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
