The Role
You will take a leading role in developing the family practice, handling a varied caseload of high-quality matrimonial matters while building on your existing client relationships and professional network.
- Advising on complex matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
- Handling high-value financial settlements and privately funded family work.
- Managing sensitive and complex matters with a commercially focused and client-centred approach.
- Developing new business opportunities through your established following and professional connections.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, referrers and other professional advisers.
- Contributing to the strategic development of the department and identifying opportunities for future team growth.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from established Family / Matrimonial Partners or senior family lawyers ready to take the next step into partnership.
A demonstrable following and strong connections within the market are essential. You will have a proven ability to generate work, develop lasting client relationships and build a successful practice.
You will also possess excellent technical expertise, strong commercial awareness and the ambition to contribute to the wider success of the firm.
