THE ROLE
- You will be responsible for a varied and high-quality caseload, advising clients on complex family law matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Providing clear, strategic, and commercially aware legal advice
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Family department
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
- Strong experience advising on privately funded family matters, particularly involving high net worth individuals
- Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of family law issues
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A desire to contribute to team development and wider business growth
