THE ROLE
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes including: Commercial contract disputes, Shareholder/partnership disputes, IP and IT-related litigation and Restrictive covenant claims.
- Handle matters from pre-action advice through to High Court/Court of Appeal proceedings.
- Collaborate with Partners on high-value, business-critical disputes.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Actively contribute to firmwide initiatives and a thriving team culture.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
- Substantial experience in commercial litigation with strong procedural and technical expertise.
- A client-focused, solution-oriented mindset – balancing legal knowledge with commercial awareness.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
