An established law firm is looking to expand and develop their employment offering with the appointment of an experienced Employment Solicitor who is looking for an opportunity to lead and shape a department!

As the appointed Employment Solicitor, you will be managing a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters on behalf of both employers and employees. You will be advising on Employment Tribunal claims, redundancy and restructuring, employment contracts, policies and handbooks, settlement agreements and disciplinary and grievance matters. There will be occasional travel to the other offices and in addition to fee earning, you will be undertaking business development, networking and building lasting relationships.

You will have at least 8 years PQE in dealing with the broad spectrum of employment law including acting for both employers and employees. As the chosen Employment Solicitor, you will possess the ability to deal with complex matters as well the desire to lead and build a successful employment department.
