An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to play a key role in developing and growing this corporate team. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE dealing with a wide range of corporate matters.
Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have experience of all types of corporate related matters including mergers & acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs, corporate finance matters and other general matters associated with corporate. You will play a key role in further developing the team as well as supporting junior members. Working closely with the Head of department, you will advise on and supervise restructuring matters as well as mergers and acquisitions and general company commercial law.
