Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an established and reputable team. Dealing with mid-high value and complex claims caseload, you will handle matters such as birth injuries, hospital negligence, dental negligence, misdiagnosis, GP negligence and surgical errors.

Candidate

The suitable Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with clinical negligence matters on behalf of claimants, experience of seeing a case through to trial or settlement post-exchange of expert evidence, an established record of exceptional client care, and the ability to understand clients’ needs and manage sensitive injury issues in a self‑motivated and organised manner.
