Role:
- Following the continued success of its Commercial Property team, this highly regarded firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor.
- In this position you will build and strengthen client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and implementing effective processes for both new and existing clients.
- You will also contribute to the strategic direction of the practice and the wider firm, take a leadership role by training, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers in a collaborative and supportive environment, and help raise the firm’s profile through networking, conferences and business development activities.
Candidate:
- You will have a minimum of 10 years’ PQE, strong technical expertise in real estate finance law, a commercial mindset and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice to corporate clients and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- You will confidently handle complex legal and commercial matters, maintain a strong focus on profitability through effective time management, pricing and cash‑flow oversight, drive business development, build market presence, win new clients and cross‑sell opportunities, and demonstrate outstanding project and client management skills.
