Join a well-regarded Private Client team within a reputable, Lexcel accredited firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop and grow within a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters, including the preparation of wills, Inheritance Tax planning, and the administration of complex estates involving both domestic and overseas property and tax considerations. The role will also involve assisting with Court of Protection matters, trusts, and agricultural estates, as well as administering straightforward probate files.
You will actively contribute to business development initiatives, engaging in networking and marketing activities to support the growth and ongoing development of the wider practice. You will provide exceptional client care, offering clear, tailored guidance during sensitive circumstances, and may be required to attend clients in the office, by telephone, or through home, hospital, or residential visits to draft Wills in line with their wishes.
You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage confidently with clients and colleagues, offering support and supervision to the more junior members of the team.
