An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a leading law firm in East Sussex as part of its busy and well-respected dispute resolution team. You will manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced Partners and supported by Paralegals. The role will involve handling intermediate and multi-track claims and some general property litigation caseload. Experience in property litigation and advocacy would be advantageous. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior Lawyers recognised in the legal directories and gain exposure to high-quality matters within a thriving and collaborative team. This is an excellent career move for a motivated solicitor looking to develop their technical knowledge and broaden their experience in contentious work.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience and a proven ability to manage a busy caseload. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and excellent organisational ability. A proactive and positive approach, confidence in liaising professionally with clients and strong IT skills including familiarity with case management systems are essential. Good academics and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team will also be important.
