We are looking for an experienced and passionate Family Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a dedicated family law team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse and rewarding caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, private children disputes, and separation.
- Advising clients on cohabitation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Providing sensitive and strategic advice in high-net-worth financial cases.
- Drafting legal documents, including consent orders, separation agreements, and financial settlements.
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm to provide holistic support to clients.
- A minimum of 4 years PQE in family law with proven experience in divorce, financial settlements, and cohabitation issues.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
- Strong advocacy skills and the ability to represent clients effectively in court.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Experience in working collaboratively in a team environment.
- A commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
