We are working with a well-established Hampshire-based firm who are seeking a qualified Solicitor to act as a Family Locum, providing cover for one of the partners during periods of annual leave.
Initial Assignment: 16th February for 3 days. Potential for further assignments when the partner is on holiday in the future.
The Role:
- Covering for one of the partners (Head of Department).
- General family law caseload, including some children work.
- Matters include a broad range of matrimonial work.
Support & Systems:
- Full, highly experienced secretarial support available (able to cover to a certain degree).
- CMS: Unity.
- Largely paper-based, traditional practice.
- Fully office-based role.
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified Solicitor.
- Strong experience in family and matrimonial law.
- Comfortable working in a traditional office environment.
