You will play a pivotal role in shaping the presence of this firm in the local market, advising across a broad spectrum of disputes while benefiting from national reach, deep sector expertise, and a highly collaborative partner group.
THE ROLE: This role is ideally suited to an established Partner or an ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director ready for partnership. You will be experienced in Commercial Litigation and comfortable advising across a wide range of disputes. You will be responsible for a broad mix of disputes, including Commercial litigation, Property disputes, Professional negligence and general contractual and business disputes.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
- A strong track record in Commercial Litigation, with the versatility to advise across general disputes.
- Experience of, or a genuine ambition for building and growing a practice.
- Proven business development and networking skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to shape and deliver a sustainable business plan.
