We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and friendly property team in Cornwall.
THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused conveyancer to take the next step in their career within a supportive, well-established firm. You will manage a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, acting for clients from initial instruction through to completion. You will be responsible for a busy caseload to include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity and new builds and shared ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring that all matters are handled efficiently, accurately and in line with the firm’s high professional standards.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
- Experience acting for clients in all aspects of residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent client care
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
